Kurtis-Jay CASTLE is the founder, chairman and CEO of the Youth Enterprise & Employability Academy; and the Youth Enterprise Academy. YEEA which was originally founded as Youth Enterprise Academy was a Community Interest Company in 2015, later becoming a charity in 2019 called the Youth Enterprise & Employability Academy. Kurtis-Jay is responsible for setting the overall directions and product strategies for the charity. Kurtis-Jay studied Business Management at the Open University, Film Productions at Rotherham Collage and has previously been a member of the International Association of Bookkeepers and Chartered Management Institute.
